how to start internet arguments

We've all seen our share of internet fights, and let's face it they're a darn good form of entertainment. Somebody makes a harmless comment, someone else gets offended and comes out guns blazing ready to attack, then 50 other people have to give their opinions. These arguments often get very heated and can provide hours of entertainment. I, myself have gotten very good at starting these arguments and consider myself somewhat of a pro. So here's a list on how to initiate one of these fine entertainment sources.
  • say something racist or sexist
  • express a religious or political view good topics include gay marriage, gun control, scientology the national debt crisis, taxes, or anything having to do with Obama
  • say something positive about disliked celebrities
  • downright insult someone
  • act superior
  • use poor grammar
  • support Obama
  • state a completely untrue fact
  • say anything about the Middle East
  • talk about which sports team is the best
  • talk about feminism
  • say global warming doesn't exist
  • try and interpret the freedoms of Americans and how far those freedoms go

Leonardo Dicaprio deserves an Oscar!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leonardo Dicaprio has been in many movies. Most of them extremely successful yet he has never won an Oscar. His recent films (which are all very successful) include Django Unchained, The Great Gatsby, The Wolf of Wall Street, and Inception. Leo also played titanic which came out in the 90's and is a timeless classic. If you think leo didn't deserve an oscar for his performance in Titanic than you're just plain wrong. Leo made audiences all over the world fall in love with and root for the star crossed lovers. In the end of the movie Jack (Leo's character) sacrifices his life so his love can live. When Leo preforms this scene everyones hearts cry for him and people around the world admire his courage and act of love. I think he should most definitely won an oscar for his performance in Titanic. There have been many occasions were Leo should have won an Oscar. This year everyone wanted him to win one, everyone was rooting for him and millions of fans were let down. I personally feel Leo should have an Oscar delivered to him as an apology for the millions of times he more than deserved one but didn't receive one.

Miley Cyrus is a good influence on kids, teens, and society as a whole!

Miley Cyrus has gotten a lot of media attention lately. Unfortunately most of this attention has been negative. People say Miley is a bad influence. I personally feel this is bull. I actually believe Miley is a great influence on children and teens!

First of all Miley does do some questionable things. She has mentioned doing drugs, but no kid is gonna be like "Miley talks about molly so I should try it!" I hate to burst your bubble but that's not how kids think. Personally I feel adults want something to whine about. Parents also want to find someone to blame for their kids doing drugs and Miley is an easy targets. Even though they really they should be blaming the person in the mirror. They were the ones who raised their kids, not Miley. It's not Miley's job to tell kids "drugs are bad". People have also called Miley "over sexual". It's not like kids these days aren't exposed to sexual things. Miley is a lot less sexual than a lot of things on the internet and lord knows kids use the internet.

Miley is in fact a great influence on children and teens. Miley shows kids that it's ok to be yourself. A lot of pop stars are clones of each other but Miley's her own person. Miley has made some decisions that are questionable, but these decisions have been HER decisions. Miley is not afraid to be herself even if that means she will be criticized, that is the message she sends to kids and it's a very important lesson to learn.

Teen Trouble Cancelled???!!!!!!!!

The show Teen Trouble has been cancelled. I am completely outraged by this, and I'm astonished that more people are not infuriated by this. Teen Trouble has helped many teens turn their lives and should have the oppurtunity to help more kids and their families!
There have been claims that the show was not helpful to the teenagers because of the drama. That is completely untrue. The teens have all be rehabilitated to my knowledge and have been given a second shot at life. In addition to that shows like Maury contain even more drama which should mean that Maury is far more "harmful", yet Maury is still on air after countless seasons! This is hypocrytical if Teen Trouble is damaging to teenagers than why isn't Maury? Why isn't everybody freaking out and ordering Maury to apoligize to the kids he's treated?
Josh's methods have also been called "over the top" and "traumatizing". If these teens had been traumatized they would not have progressed like they have, and would likely have regressed. The methods used may be a bit extreme, but honestly extreme may be exactly what these children need. These teenagers were engaging in risky, illegal and even deadly behaviors. They needed to see the potential consequences of their actions.
Teen Trouble should get the oppurtunity to help more teenagers. As someone who spends most of their day surounded by teenagers, I think I have a pretty good undestanding of how the teenage mind works, and I can say that the program should be continued.
